Can I hire for a week?
The minimum hire period is one month. We work on a month-by-month basis of hire and payment — no long contracts or tie-ins.
Can I store my vehicle?
Yes. We offer gated vehicle storage for cars, motorbikes, campers, jet skis and boats, plus container space for parts and hobby gear. Vehicles should be registered and insured. Call us to check the right option and availability.
What if I want access at night?
Balby has 24-hour access so you can drop off or collect outside office hours. Armthorpe is also set up for round-the-clock access. We will talk you through site security and how to get in when you take the unit.
How quickly can I move in?
Once you have chosen an available unit and signed the lease, you can move in the same day if you wish. Call 01302 320206 for a tour and an instant quote.
Is there a deposit?
A £100 deposit is required for containers and lockers. Hire is charged weekly, billed on a monthly minimum.
Do you offer van hire for move-in?
Yes. Our sister company Doncaster Van Centre can supply a van so you can move in without the extra hassle. Ask when you enquire and we will point you to the right vehicle.
Are units clean and dry?
Yes. Containers are weather-resistant, clean and dry, with padlocks, 24/7 CCTV, perimeter fencing and staff on site during trading hours.
Are there extra charges?
No. You pay one all-inclusive price for the unit — no business rates, service charges or utility extras for lighting and security.
